Foil laminated sandwich wrap is moisture and grease resistant.
Works great for hamburgers, cheeseburgers, or any hot sandwich or food that requires heat retention
Your sandwich will stay hot longer.
These bags are made with silver foil that is laminated on the outside, and 25# bleached white Kraft paper on the inside.
Can be used under heat lamps or warming cabinets.
Recommendation is to fully cook food before placing under holding temperatures ( 165� F)
Generally, the bag could hold up for 10 hours, however different equipment and grease from food can shorten that time, so testing with specific foods is recommended.
